Allieding is a professional networking and opportunity platform operated by EG Allied Private Limited ("EG Allied," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Allieding enables users to create professional profiles, connect and communicate with other users, and discover or provide opportunities including jobs, internships, courses, freelancing opportunities, funding opportunities, and other services offered through the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of the Allieding website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether acting individually or on behalf of an entity, and EG Allied Private Limited.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Access

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years of age to independently create and operate an account on Allieding.
By accessing or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
Where access by younger users is permitted by applicable law, such access may be subject to appropriate parental or legal guardian consent.

2.2 Account Registration

Certain features of the platform may require you to create an account using available registration methods, which may include Google, Apple, LinkedIn, or other supported authentication methods.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials;
Keep your account information accurate and up to date;
Be responsible for activities conducted through your account; and
Promptly notify EG Allied of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.
You must not impersonate another person or organisation or provide false or misleading information.

2.3 License to Use the Platform

Subject to your compliance with these terms, EG Allied grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal or legitimate internal business purposes.

This license does not grant you ownership of the platform or any of its intellectual property.

3. User Content

3.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for any content, data, or information that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Platform ("User Content"). This may include professional profiles, photographs, posts and comments, resumes and CVs, portfolio materials, job and internship listings, course information, freelancing opportunities, funding opportunities, and other professional or user-generated content.

You represent that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit your User Content and agree not to submit content that:

Is unlawful, fraudulent, false, inaccurate, or materially misleading;
Harasses, threatens, abuses, defames, or harms another person;
Promotes discrimination or hatred against any individual or group;
Violates another person's privacy or other legal rights;
Infringes any intellectual property or proprietary rights;
Contains viruses, malicious software, or other harmful code; or
Violates these Terms or applicable law.

3.2 License to EG Allied

By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant EG Allied a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically modify such content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Platform and its services.

This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and, where applicable, for legitimate legal, security, backup, or record-keeping purposes after deletion or termination.

4. Purchases and Payments

Where paid features or services are made available, you agree to provide accurate and complete account and payment information and to keep such information up to date.

Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment service providers and may be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

EG Allied may update pricing, features, or payment arrangements from time to time, subject to applicable law and any terms applicable to an existing purchase or subscription.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Allieding name, branding, logos, software, platform design, graphics, text, audiovisual materials, features, functionality, and other Platform content are owned by or licensed to EG Allied and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

Copy;
Reproduce;
Modify;
Distribute;
Publish;
Sell;
License;
Reverse engineer; or
Commercially exploit

any part of the Platform without prior written permission from EG Allied.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including authentication, payment, analytics, hosting, communication, or social networking services.

These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. EG Allied is not responsible for the practices, content, availability, or policies of third-party services that are outside our control.

7. Complaints and Content Reporting

You may report content that you believe violates these Terms, your rights, EG Allied's policies, or applicable law.

We may review reported content and may remove, restrict, disable access to, or otherwise take appropriate action where content violates applicable law, these Terms, our policies, or to prevent misuse of the Platform.

Serious or repeated violations may result in warnings, content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination, and we reserve the right to take appropriate measures against significant breaches of these Terms. We also respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to ensure that their User Content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER EG Allied Private Limited NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH EG Allied Private Limited MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE

COMPLETENESS,
SECURITY,
RELIABILITY,
QUALITY,
ACCURACY, OR
AVAILABILITY OF THE APP.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER EG Allied Private Limited NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH EG Allied Private Limited REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE APP, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE APP OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EG ALLIED PRIVATE LIMITED , ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE APP OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eg Allied Private Limited, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the App's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the App.

11. Suspension and Termination

EG Allied may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform, with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law, if:

You breach these Terms;
You engage in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct;
Your account creates a security or operational risk; or
We are required to do so by law or for legitimate operational or security reasons.
You may discontinue using the Platform and may request deletion of your account in accordance with the available account-deletion procedures.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All matters relating to the App and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of India, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. You agree that any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the App will first be addressed through good faith discussions. If such disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian law. All legal proceedings, whether arbitration or otherwise, shall be conducted exclusively in the federal or state courts of India.

13. Changes to These Terms

EG Allied may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, business practices, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Entire Agreement and Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified or removed while keeping the rest valid.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement regarding the App and replace all prior agreements.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
You may not assign or transfer your account or rights without our consent; EG Allied may assign these Terms to affiliates or a successor.
